Jason oversees sales & marketing strategy development and execution for PowerPlay. Over the past 12 years, Jason has worked on real estate developments in the United States, Mexico, New Zealand, and Canada, managing marketing and lead generation campaigns contributing to closed sales of over $400 Million. Jason is passionate about places with compelling and authentic stories to tell and articulating those stories to the right people in the right place at the right time. Jason is currently focused on PowerPlay’s Hawaii business, both active projects and consulting engagements.
Prior to joining PowerPlay, Jason worked with Playground, A Division of Intrawest, as a Senior Marketing & Project Manager, driving strategy, executing campaigns, and training sales & marketing teams at over 15 resorts and development projects. Jason has a broad range of real estate sales and marketing expertise encompassing strategy development, target market definition & buyer profiling, creative agency selection & management, sales center design & fit-out, construction project management, media planning, digital marketing, budget management, project management, CRM implementation, sales team training, event planning, and client relationship management.
Jason lives in Vancouver, BC, one of the hottest real estate markets in the continent. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of British Columbia and a Marketing Communications Degree from the British Columbia Institute of Technology.
