Official Biography:
Denise is Texas-based and is one of the industry’s top up-and-comers in the Southwest. She has successfully closed more than $10 million in sales in her first two years during the worst economy we’ve seen in decades. Denise joined PowerPlay in 2009 as the first on-the-ground sales agent with the So7 development, one of the anchors of the redevelopment efforts centered around the West 7th Street area in Fort Worth, TX. While at So7, she played a critical role in the efforts of selling out the development to near close out. She earned her Texas Brokers license and formed PowerPlay Texas, LLC, to serve as the exclusive broker for all of PowerPlay Destination’s Texas developments. Currently, she is working on-site as the Broker of Montgomery Plaza, selling luxury residences in a 243-unit condominium project converted from a historic eight-floor building in Fort Worth, TX.
Previously, Denise worked as Manager of Operations for Playground, a division of Intrawest, at one of their urban condominium projects. In 2007, she worked in commercial real estate, with Regency Centers, as assistant director and helped secure anchor tenants for their shopping centers. Denise started in real estate in 2005 with RE/MAX DFW. She won “Top 3 Producer” of that office in 2006, which signaled the start of a flourishing real estate career.
Denise is driven to succeed and is always looking for ways to better herself both professionally and personally. She is passionate about real estate, knows the value of exceptional customer service and looks to surround herself with people who are positive and goal-oriented.
