What most people would never guess about me?
My wife and I were living in Hawaii and Sam was one week away from giving birth to our son Jacob. A good friend of ours was also one week away from giving birth and she convinced us to do a 20 minute open water swim out into the middle of the Pacific to be with the dolphins. We swim, the mother dolphins bounce sonar off of us, sense that they’re being approached by ‘mothers to be’, and come hang out within a few feet of us with their infants. Magic. As a pretty conservative guy, this mid-Pacific swim with two very pregnant women would probably surprise most people.

I have worked in the real estate industry since 1993, with a focus on project sales & marketing.
I started in ‘the mailroom’ and worked my way up to the position of VP of Sales at two industry leaders, Sapera Real Estate and Playground (an Intrawest Company.)
I have worked on projects in Vancouver, Waikiki, Pattaya, Whistler, Collingwood, Fort Worth, Kamloops, Tahoe Vista, Waikaloa, Keystone, Coquitlam, Dallas, Vernon, Koh Samui, Kaanapali, Mammoth Lakes, Richmond, Bora Bora, Keahou, Tamarindo, Toronto, San Miguel de Allende, Los Angeles, and Phuket.
I have a passion for both sales and marketing, and enjoy the challenge of adapting our approach to better engage our customers…and ultimately building strong relationships with those customers.
