Official Biography:
Jason has extensive skills and experience in sales & marketing, project management, business development, and team training spanning across a broad range of industries from real estate and construction, to the hospitality industry.

He joined the PowerPlay team in 2011 after having spent 3 years working in the construction and disaster restoration industry. Most recently, as the Business Development Manager for Easy Care Restoration, he developed and executed an integrated sales and marketing strategy, led the implementation of the company’s first CRM and reporting solution, and coached a team of project managers on client management and project management best practices. Prior to joining Easy Care, Jason worked as a Sales Consultant for a commercial general contractor managing renovation projects right from the initial sales call, through to design, and final build-out. In addition, he also launched a luxury mobile event bartending service catering to private and corporate events of 50 – 5,000 people. It has been a busy few years.

Prior to this, Jason got his start in real estate at Playground, A Division of Intrawest, where he spent 6 years in a variety of marketing and roles. Jason worked on a multitude of projects throughout Canada, the US, and New Zealand and has experience in strategy development, budget management, creative agency selection and briefing, media planning, marketing collateral design and production, interactive media, Discovery/Sales Center fit-out, event management, public relations, and client reporting.  Jason also trained on-resort sales and marketing teams on proprietary sales and marketing processes, technical systems and tools, and project management best practices. During his time at Intrawest, Jason managed projects totalling more than $250 Million in sales revenues.

Jason is passionate about relationships and truly believes that the key to success in every endeavour starts with good relationships with clients and colleagues.
