Preston has been involved in strategy planning and product development in international markets since 1995, and has specifically focused on developing lifestyle communities and mixed-use developments for the last 8 years in Europe, North America, Latin America and Oceania.

He has served as a key advisor in defining strategic directions for master-plan communities and marketing/sales strategies for over 32 real estate developers representing 48 mixed-use resort and urban projects and $5 billion in worldwide sales during his real estate career.

His area of specialization is in business strategy, highest and best use planning, market opportunity analysis, product planning and feasibility, and consumer research for master planned communities, hospitality and mixed-use developments.
