Official Biography
Steve brings a wide range of experience with proven entrepreneurial, leadership, communication, organization, delegation, strategic planning and mentoring skills gained over 30 years.  His wide range of unique architectural and development experience allows him to address challenging issues that contribute to the success of his projects.

When with Intrawest, as Director of Development, he was responsible for planning, design, consultant management and obtaining entitlements on the 700 unit Honua Kai condo project in Maui, Hawaii.

As VP of Community Planning with Couverdon, the Real Estate arm of TimberWest on Vancouver Island, he assessed the highest and best development uses for their 820,000 acres of forest lands and strategized obtaining rezoning. 
 
As VP of Development with Replay Resorts, he worked with Citi Bank to help resolve their investment in a resort in Loreto Bay, Mexico.

Steve started and managed Genesis Development, a development consulting business that took him to Asia for 4 years.

He was a Director of Architectura (now Stantec) one of Canada’s largest Architectural practices for 14 years. During that time he chaired the Management Committee that was responsible for establishing policies and procedures, approval of fee agreements and human resource allocations.
