Our Senior Team
One of PowerPlay Destination Properties’ partners, Erika is focused on business development and project leadership, with significant experience in luxury resort, master plan, private club, and urban branded residential offerings. Achieving over $3B in sales in the last 15 years including record breaking prices and price-per-square-foot sales and record velocity in multiple markets, Erika is passionate about high performing sales teams, language, sales process, and believes all properties have a story worth sharing.
Prior to PowerPlay, Erika was Senior Vice President Global Sales for Playground, a division of Intrawest. During 2008 and 2009 she was solely responsible for delivering over $750M of closings in Maui, Hawaii, which had firm pre-construction contracts written prior to the US market downturn.
Erika has worked in sales leadership across projects and countries including Australia, Japan, UK, Switzerland, France, Mexico, Bahamas, and North America working with residential luxury brands including Four Seasons, Ritz Carlton, Starwood, Fairmont, Montage, and Pendry.
Before joining the real estate sector Erika worked extensively in the sports management business on sponsor associations with the PGA, NHL, International Olympic Committee, Canadian Olympic Association, the US Olympic Committee, as well multiple Winter and Summer Games.
Jason has extensive experience in sales & marketing strategy development, project envisioning and Master-planning, and project oversight. He has worked on luxury and branded real estate developments throughout the United States, Mexico, New Zealand, and Canada, supporting closed sales of over $1 Billion. Jason is passionate about destinations and projects with stories worth telling and articulating those stories to the right people in the right place at the right time.
Prior to joining PowerPlay, Jason was a Senior Marketing Executive for Playground, A Division of Intrawest. During that time he managed marketing for the company’s largest revenue projects in Hawaii and actively developed marketing strategies, marketing team onboarding, and project mobilization at resorts and development projects throughout the United States. Jason has a broad range of sales and marketing expertise encompassing strategy development, target market definition & buyer profiling, creative agency selection & management, sales center design & fit-out, construction project management, media planning, digital marketing, budget management, project management, CRM implementation, sales team training, event planning, and client relationship management.
After traveling the globe heading up Business Development for the Intrawest resort company, the Global Financial Crisis provided Herbert an opportunity to chart a new path and start PowerPlay Destination Properties with his trusted partners. In its first 10 years PowerPlay has represented over $4 billion in projects in California, Hawaii, and Texas, as well as Costa Rica and Mexico.
Along with being highly entrepreneurial, Herbert has extensive senior management and executive experience in managing sales teams and working with developers on bringing ambitious projects to life.
Previous roles include Vice President of Business Development and Southeast business unit Manager for Playground, an Intrawest Company. In this role Herbert was responsible for the negotiation of over 22 major resort projects in the United States, Mexico and Costa Rica. This included listing creation and finalization, transition into project mobilization, sales strategy envisioning and sales team handoff for sales execution. Mark has worked with prestigious hotel brands like Ritz Carlton, Rosewood, Four Seasons and Andaz.
Mark is currently a resident of Colorado, where he enjoys the great outdoors with his family.
Stuart has extensive senior executive experience in Sales & Marketing, Strategy, Business Development, Resort Real Estate Envisioning and Master-planning, Operations, Management Consulting and General Management including co-founding two real estate sales and marketing companies.
Stuart is a founding Principal of PowerPlay Destination Properties Inc., which has grown, to become a leading provider of sales and marketing and development services to “storied” real estate developers in mainland USA, Hawaii, Mexico, Costa Rica and Australia with listings in excess of $2bn.
Previous roles include President, Colliers-Playground Asia-Pacific and Senior VP Sales and Marketing Innovation at Playground, an Intrawest Company, where Stuart’s team created the tools, methodologies, processes and training that made Playground the industry-leader in resort real estate sales & marketing.
Prior to that Stuart was VP Marketing for Dixons Stores Group; Europe’s largest electrical retailer, where he developed their embryonic e-commerce infrastructure into a highly profitable and scalable business: Some 20 years later the same core infrastructure still meets the online business needs of 6 brands with over 1,000 stores. Stuart also lead the repositioning of Dixons Stores’, flagship brand.
Stuart has 13 years Board-level consulting experience with Deloittes, Coopers & Lybrand and PwC in the UK, Eastern Europe, Hong Kong, Singapore, Australia, New Zealand and USA. Stuart started his career with sales & marketing, advertising and strategy development roles for Shell UK Oil.
Stuart holds a 1st class Masters degree in Engineering from Cambridge University, UK, graduating top of his year. He combines highly developed analytical skills and innovative thinking with a passion for getting things done. His core values are integrity, movement (i.e. making things happen), passion (in all things), learning and innovation. He is at his happiest and best trouble-shooting complex new problems or delving into the psyche of target buyers.
VP of Finance
Prior to joining PowerPlay in 2012, Ron was a Senior Project Accountant with Intrawest Resorts where he was responsible for managing all accounting/financial and escrow activities for a large luxury hotel/condo real estate project in Maui, Hawaii. Ron brings over 30+ years of experience in various professional and financial management roles to PowerPlay. Ron holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Nevada-Reno.
Ron has been a resident of Hawaii for over 12 years and currently lives on the island of Oahu where he finds himself most at peace enjoying and exploring the beauty and tranquility of the Hawaiian Islands.
Over the past twenty years, Dylan has worked on real estate projects throughout North America. Dylan brings a technical background to marketing at PowerPlay, with a particular interest in customer relationship management, strategy, analytics, and digital marketing. Dylan loves to get involved at some point in every project at PowerPlay.
Before starting with PowerPlay in 2010, Dylan worked with Intrawest Real Estate and Intrawest Resorts. His real estate career began at Playground, working with the Sales Innovation Team. After a stint as a Business Analyst in IT, he gravitated to marketing, where the wide variety of challenges suits his multi-disciplinary interests.

Outside of the industry, Dylan is an avid skier, wide reader, and amateur triathlete. He lives with his family in Vancouver BC.
Principal Broker, PowerPlay Texas
One of PowerPlay Destination Properties’ principal brokers/directors of sales, Denise works closely with our principals to lead sales efforts and help with the direction of sales strategy and project development in Texas. At PowerPlay, Denise has been the Principal Broker over Texas projects since 2011. She specializes in product knowledge, sales team leadership, client relationships, and closing efficiency.
Before PowerPlay, Denise was an operations manager with Playground Destination Properties from 2007 to 2008. She earned her Texas Real Estate license in 2005 and was an agent with RE/MAX DFW from 2005-to 2007. Denise is constantly seeking a deal, passionate about real estate, and always looking for ways to expand upon her experiences.
Denise grew up in the DFW metroplex and has always been a lover of real estate. She is an avid sports fan, angler, hunter, and outdoor enthusiast. She enjoys life with her husband, Brian, and daughter, Madison.
Bill Lee’s career in the IT industry spans over 20 years. His experiences have ranged from working with advertising agencies managing high value advertisements across Google, Yahoo and other popular search engines, to Chief Technical Officer at an online education Company based in Canada to Owning an IT company meeting over 50 + client’s needs.
When it comes to Real Estate Marketing, Bill has over 450 hours of drone work spanning almost fifty miles of distance, has created, and developed interactive websites including automatic updating maps, selection event programs, video production, and website content based on CRM data.
Bill has worked with developers and custom home builders over the last 10 years by marketing their efforts across social channels to the correct audience and deliver leads to their projects.
Residential Sales Specialist
Michelle Montany has represented some of the most exciting and luxurious new developments for almost two decades, and has been selling with PowerPlay since 2011. A graduate of the Intrawest/Playground school of project launch sales, her first pre-construction launch was Snowmass Base Village in Colorado, where the team handled over 1000 reservations and sold out almost 100m on Selection Day.
Following her success in Colorado, she continued new development sales stateside and various exotic locations—Papagayo Peninsula in Costa Rica, and Mexico’s Puerto Vallarta and Yucatan Peninsula—with world-renowned brands including W, Montage, and Hard Rock Hotels working with top-tier developers such as Related Miami and Intrawest.
Over the past 10 years, Michelle has emerged as a top producing agent in the luxury condo markets of Hollywood and West Hollywood, breaking price/square-foot records in Los Angeles. She currently represents Pendry Residences West Hollywood by Montage Hotels and Resorts.
In her free time, Michelle can be found painting, drawing, traveling with her husband, Francesco, learning the Italian language, and adding to her extensive library of classic literature, history, and UFO research. A ski-bum at heart, she takes any opportunity to spend time exploring mountains all over the world.
Michelle enjoys delving into the strategic side of new development, exploring the nuances of individual micro-markets in the context of larger-market patterns, as well as watching new construction projects come to life. Every market, every project, every residence, and every buyer has a unique story to tell, which keeps Michelle on her toes and deeply engaged with all of the people she has had the pleasure to work with- creating numerous life-long bonds.
Residential Sales Specialist
Taaseen started her career in real estate in new home sales and has sold communities all over Los Angeles from Silver Lake to Pasadena and from Malibu to the Palisades. She has extensive knowledge of the many areas of Los Angeles including West Hollywood where she has resided for over a decade. She is currently selling the Pendry Residences West Hollywood by Montage Hotel and Resorts.
Originally from Bangladesh, Taaseen was born and raised in Nashville, Tennessee and is fluent in both English and Bengali. She earned her B.A. in Logistics from University of Tennessee, Knoxville. After graduation, she moved to New York City where she was a Talent Manager for a prominent modeling agency for over 5 years. After leaving the city, Taaseen relocated to California to pursue a career in commercial and residential solar sales. She was a top producer and did millions in volume all over Southern California. Gaining this experience in outside sales inspired Taaseen to then pursue a career in real estate. She continues to perform as a top producer and has effectively sold properties on many new construction developments across Los Angeles. She demonstrates the ability to work efficiently and manage complex environments with respect, creativity and eloquence.
Taaseen is passionate about social justice, civil liberties and human rights. She has worked with several non-profits, such as Habitat for Humanity, Hollywood Food Coalition and Earth Angels. Her hobbies include playing with her dog Ella, reading, meeting new people and traveling the world as often as possible.
Victoria Flores is a real estate professional with experience in property sales and management, currently serving as the Operations Manager for the Pendry Residences West Hollywood Sales Team. Born and raised in a small border town in Arizona, Flores attended Arizona State University in Tempe, AZ and UAG in Guadalajara, Jalisco MX where she stayed for 5 years before moving to LA.
Prior to joining Powerplay, Flores began her career at Hilton & Hyland where she learned the basics of this industry from top brokers in SoCal and the US, including Jeff Hyland, a real estate legend and architect. Given her previous administration and management roles, Flores understands that building sustainable and efficient organizations depends on how well organized a team is. She has a deep understanding of the always hidden and the underlying organizational processes and activities that lead to business success.
An astute leader with excellent management skills, strong work ethic and high levels of integrity, Flores possesses great people skills having worked in luxury real estate serving high-end customers. She holds a BA in Communication and Media Studies, thus she understands the importance of effective customer relationships and marketing strategies. Having lived in more than one country, she acknowledges the value of cultures and finds joy in serving people from diverse cultural backgrounds. Flores is passionate about volunteer work and takes part in community-based activities such as feeding the homeless, visiting orphanages, and reading to children.
Sales Director, Texas
Nancy Holloway works closely with our principals to lead marketing and sales efforts as a trusted liaison between developers and sales teams. She has been a member of the PowerPlay team for 10 years as a sales director at some of our most successful luxury projects. A real estate professional licensed since 2006, she has amassed nearly a billion dollars in residential sales.
Currently Nancy is the sales director for the Signature Collection at Preston Hollow Village, new construction luxury homes in the highly sought-after Preston Hollow neighborhood of Dallas. She has achieved a 100% increase in sales price since the project’s launch in 2020. Nancy has pre- and post-project development sales experience on product types including residential high-rise buildings, planned communities, townhomes, and condominiums.
Prior to joining PowerPlay, Nancy was a member of a team Sotheby’s International Realty for six years where she was a top producer every year. D Magazine has named her a Top Residential Real Estate Producer.
A success-driven people connector, Nancy developed her passion for customer service at retail icon Neiman Marcus, where she was a member of the exclusive President’s Club. A mother of two, Nancy has traveled the world with Dallas as home base for 40 years. She is an enthusiastic tennis player and lover of the great outdoors.
Sales Associate, Texas
Missy joined the Power Play Texas team in 2019 with six years of experience as a residential Realtor working with buyers, sellers and investors. She has worked on both large and small real estate teams as well as independently and navigated the ups and downs of the DFW market.
Her interpersonal and communication skills make Missy an excellent negotiator and problem solver. She has never met a stranger and prides herself on making real estate deals less transactional and as stress-free as possible.
Missy first dabbled in real estate while working as an Office Manager for a boutique brokerage her senior year of high school and has bought and sold homes all over the country in addition to managing her own lease properties for years prior to obtaining her real estate license.
After earning a BA in History from Texas A&M University, Missy was a teacher and university program advisor. She loves teaching indoor cycling classes and holds a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training certificate. Missy has been an avid volunteer her entire adult life and counts the varying experiences and organizations she has served as invaluable building blocks of her skill set.
Missy and her husband, Jay, enjoy entertaining and traveling with their daughters, Sydney and Tyler.
