Luana Garden Villas

Luana is the final phase of development for Honua Kai Resort & Spa and an exciting addition to the community in West Maui: a unique collection of 72 contemporary three bedroom residences nestled within one of three intimate enclaves. Each enclave — or kauhale — features its own lush tropical theme, with distinct landscaping, a private pool and hot tub, lava rock water features, and comfortable sun loungers.

Current Status

PowerPlay advised the developer on product design, options and pricing, and worked extensively on the governing documents and contracts. We created the branding and collateral, including a completely refurbished sales center and photo-realistic still and video renderings, superimposed over original drone footage to really bring the homes to life, obviating the need for a physical model home.

Lead generation commenced in earnest January 29th 2018, with the issue of the project’s Public Report, and opened for sales on April 7th 2018.

Opening Day sales exceeded $50 Million, with a further $5 Million in sales in the following five days. This is the highest selling sales event on Maui since our record-breaking events for Hokulani and Konea Towers over 10 years ago. Conversion from Reservation Holder to Purchaser exceeded 90%.
