Pendry Residences West Hollywood

The new Pendry Residences West Hollywood project located on the iconic Sunset Strip is rocking West Hollywood to its core—with a new hotel, social club, Wolfgang Puck’s return, and the area’s first new music venue in 20 years.   Pendry Residences West Hollywood by Montage Hotels & Resorts will unveil a limited collection of 40 new private luxury residences featuring spacious designer interiors, separate owners-only amenities, and expansive terraces, some with outdoor kitchens, spas, and pools.  Scheduled to open in summer 2020, the residential tower off Olive Drive and Fountain offers dramatic city views from the Hollywood Hills to downtown Los Angeles.

PowerPlay was hired in June 2019 to provide strategy, marketing, and sales for the introduction and release of Pendry Residences West Hollywood.   Recruitment and training of a full sales, marketing and operations team began in late summer 2019 with the first release planned for Q1 2020.  Pendry West Hollywood is under construction and slated to deliver summer 2020.
