Pendry Residences West Hollywood by Montage Hotels & Resorts is the new flagship property for the Pendry/Montage brand in Los Angeles. Opened in 2021, the project consists of a 149-room hotel located on the iconic Sunset Strip and an adjacent building of 40 luxury residences that terraces down Olive Drive offering some of the most stunning views in the city. This exclusive offering offers the ultimate LA lifestyle and an unmatched array of amenities and services including seven food & beverage experiences by acclaimed chef Wolfgang Puck, the Britely Social Club, two rooftop pools, Spa Pendry, and full-service living by Montage. Pendry Residences West Hollywood by Montage Hotels & Resorts is  a limited collection of 40 private luxury residences featuring spacious designer interiors, separate owners-only amenities, and expansive terraces, some with outdoor kitchens, spas, and pools.

PowerPlay was hired in June 2019 to provide strategy, marketing, and sales for the introduction and release of Pendry Residences West Hollywood. A pre-construction sales campaign commenced late 2019 with opening planned for late 2020 but due to the global pandemic timing shifted to Summer 2021.  PowerPlay worked to hold and build interest in the project through 2020 resulting in strong closings during opening in July 2021, including two new all-time condo price per square foot records for the Greater LA condo market. Pendry Residences West Hollywood is now actively selling a selection of residences priced from the low $4 Millions to over $14 Million.
