POSITION OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Associate with a proven track record of success in real estate sales. Reporting to the Sales Director, you will play a vital part in driving sales and contributing to the overall success of new projects at PowerPlay. You will work closely with the Sales Director and the broader sales team to meet and exceed sales targets, ensuring a positive impact on the launch and ongoing sales efforts for our resort developments.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Execute Sales Strategies: Work under the guidance of the Sales Director to implement sales strategies, including product positioning, pricing, and market differentiation, to maximize sales and meet business objectives.
- Achieve Sales Targets: Focus on achieving individual sales targets as set by the Sales Director. Actively engage with potential buyers, present the properties effectively, and follow through to close deals successfully.
- Client Interaction: Serve as a key point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process. Address client inquiries, offer personalized solutions, and ensure a seamless purchasing experience.
- Support Marketing Efforts: Collaborate with the marketing team and Sales Director to participate in broker outreach programs, events, and other sales initiatives. Help to maintain a strong presence in the market and enhance brand visibility.
- Sales Documentation and CRM Management: Accurately complete all required sales documentation and utilize the CRM system to track leads, manage client information, and report sales activities. Ensure all data entered into the CRM is accurate and up-to-date.
- Training and Development: Engage in ongoing training provided by the Sales Director to stay informed about the latest product knowledge, branding, and market trends. Continuously improve your sales skills and adapt to new strategies as needed.
- Collaborate with the Sales Team: Work closely with the Sales Director and fellow sales associates to ensure a cohesive approach to meeting team goals. Participate in team meetings, share insights, and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.
COMPLIANCE
- Adhere to Company Policies: Follow the established policies and procedures set forth by PowerPlay to ensure all real estate transactions comply with legal and ethical standards. Participate in ongoing education to stay current with industry regulations.
- Maintain Licensing Compliance: Ensure that your real estate license is always current and active, and participate in any required training sessions on the latest real estate laws and regulations.
COMPENSATION
This role offers a competitive, primarily commission-based compensation structure, designed to reward your sales achievements. A negotiable draw against future commissions is available to provide financial support prior to commission payments. The compensation package, including draw amounts and commission rates, will be structured to reflect your experience and contributions to the team’s success.
