POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced sales executive with a proven track record of not only achieving sales success but also effectively managing and motivating sales teams. Reporting to the PowerPlay Management Team, your leadership will be critical in driving the project sales team to meet and exceed targets, ensure a successful project launch and sustain sales momentum for new projects at PowerPlay.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Provide Strategic Direction and Develop Sales Strategies: Offer high-level guidance and industry insights to shape comprehensive sales strategies, including product positioning, pricing, and market differentiation, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Establish and Execute Sales Plans: Define clear sales plans and ambitious targets for each project. Lead the sales team in executing these plans, ensuring all actions are aligned with timelines and project goals.
  • Oversee Marketing and Broker Engagement: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement broker outreach programs, event strategies, and other initiatives that drive sales engagement. Manage broker relationships and monitor the competitive landscape to maintain a strong market presence.
  • Sales Team Leadership and Training: Provide day-to-day leadership, coaching, and mentorship to the sales team. Oversee training efforts focused on sales documentation, product knowledge, branding, and CRM system adoption to enhance team capabilities.
  • Client and Team Management: Manage all client interactions, serving as the primary liaison and leading weekly client meetings. Align individual and team goals, set policies on lead rotation, and resolve any team issues to ensure a cohesive and motivated team.
  • Sales Negotiation, Closing, and Reporting: Support the sales team in negotiating and closing transactions. Ensure the timely submission and accuracy of sales reports, maintaining CRM system data integrity for informed decision-making.
  • Lead Meetings and Collaborate on Marketing: Organize and lead weekly sales and operations meetings to ensure alignment and focus on key objectives. Partner with the Marketing Director to provide input on marketing strategies, tactics, and budget management.

COMPLIANCE

  • Develop and Enforce Policies and Procedures: Create comprehensive policies and procedures for PowerPlay, ensuring that all real estate transactions and the conduct of associated real estate licensees and staff adhere to the highest standards of compliance. This includes ongoing education and strict enforcement of these policies to maintain a culture of accountability and integrity.
  • Maintain Licensing Compliance: Vigilantly ensure that all real estate licenses, including those of associated licensees and the brokerage firm, are current, active, and in full compliance with legal requirements. This is crucial to avoid any operational disruptions and to uphold the firm’s credibility.
  • Provide Ongoing Legal and Regulatory Training: Regularly update and train all associated real estate licensees on the latest amendments to real estate licensing laws, rules, and related regulations. This proactive approach ensures that the team is well-informed and operates within legal boundaries at all times.

 

COMPENSATION:

This role offers a highly competitive, primarily commission-based compensation structure, designed to reward exceptional performance. A negotiable draw against future commissions is available to provide financial support prior to commission payments, ensuring that you have the resources needed to focus on achieving outstanding sales results. The details of the compensation package, including draw amounts and commission rates, will be tailored to align with your experience and the impact you bring to the team.
