    PowerPlay was initially engaged in 2019 to advise on the market positioning and offering details.  The initial phase was fully subscribed, with over $62M contracted to presale purchasers. As of Summer 2022 the first of these homeowners are closing on their residences while PowerPlay assists in planning the next phase of the campaign.

The development is located between Dallas and Fort Worth and is just minutes from DFW airport.

    The Parkview Residences

    Southlake’s first boutique luxury condominium building offers a tasteful blend of modern high-quality amenities with traditional charm. The 36 one, two, and three-bedroom residences offer luxurious single-level living with open layouts, high ceilings, and  contemporary interior designs.

    Parkview residents enjoy access to a private rooftop deck complete with BBQ grilling area, lounge seating, fire pits, and plunge pools.

    The Brownstones

    These 33 luxury Brownstones and custom homes sites surround the oval park in the heart of The Garden District.  The 3- to 5-bedroom, east-coast inspired Brownstones feature stately exterior facades with classic walk-up front porches, terraces, and gabled roofs, dormer windows, generous floor plans, a range of home personalization options and premium appliances and finishes.

    Montgomery Plaza

    Montgomery Plaza is an icon in Fort Worth. The historic building was once the Montgomery Ward store, which was the largest commercial building in Texas at the time. The project was restored and converted in 2004 to a luxury condominium and retail development located on Fort Worth’s vibrant 7th Street district across from Trinity Park. The developer engaged PowerPlay in February, 2011 to conduct the sales and marketing of the residential real estate.

    Project Details

    • 141 residences consisting of studio, one, two, and three bedroom condos
    • Approximate total project value = $85 Million USD
    • Residences feature 14′ ceilings and 12″ thick concrete walls offering an unusual level of space and privacy in a condominium.
    • Amenities include a private lobby, residents’ theater, state-of-the-art fitness center, and Fort Worth’s largest rooftop amenity deck with pool, hot tub, fire pits, putting greens, and outdoor kitchen.

    Current Status
    Sold out.  We sold the final home at Montgomery Plaza early in 2016.  In our first year on the project, we doubled sales velocity and substantially increased sales tours.
