This re-imagined mountain resort experience has arrived in Canyons Village, consisting of 152 fully furnished luxury condominium residences in a ski-in/ski-out alpine setting. With Park City Mountain at its doorstep, Pendry Residences Park City is the centerpiece of Canyons Village. This new development is a vibrant gathering place offering guests and owners a host of family-friendly shops, cafes, bars, and restaurants in an après-ski environment.

• 152 fully furnished studio, 1, 2, and 3 bedroom residences
• Amenities include rooftop pool and bar, Pendry Spa, and fitness center
• More than 7,000 square feet of indoor event space, including a 5,500 square foot ballroom
• Pendry Plaza for year-round activities, lounging, and socializing, including a new planned lift access to mountain
• Four distinctive restaurants, lounge, and bar offerings

Current Status

PowerPlay was hired in October 2019 to manage real estate sales and marketing at Pendry Residences Park City. Following a successful launch and sales campaign, the property was fully subscribed by the start of the winter 2022 ski season. PowerPlay transitioned to supporting a closing process for all 152 residences. This closings process is complete and the property is now fully operational.
